How It Works
Step 1: Personal History – We begin with a detailed exploration of your unique grief journey to understand your emotional state and key challenges.
Step 2: Personalised Grief Process – Using the powerful Demartini Method grief process, we’ll work through the emotions and perceptions tied to your loss. This takes place over 2-3 sessions, totalling 4-6 hours of one-on-one coaching.
Step 3: Ongoing Support – Clients are encouraged to be open and fully engaged in the process, with WhatsApp support available for accountability between sessions.
